1. Platform Overview

LA Network is a digital platform that connects Creators, Agencies, Brands, and Influencer Marketers through a controlled, credit-based ecosystem.

Access to certain features is limited and may require approval, credits, or admin authorization.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful.
• The platform may deny or revoke access at its sole discretion.

3. Account Registration & Access

• Accounts are created manually or through invite-only access.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
• Sharing accounts or misusing access privileges is strictly prohibited.
• The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for violations.

4. Credit-Based System

• Certain actions on the platform require credits.
• Credits may be allocated manually by admin or purchased (when enabled).
• Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash.
• Credit usage is logged and monitored.
• Any attempt to manipulate or bypass credit deductions may result in account termination.

5. Creator & Profile Access

• Viewing profiles, statistics, contact details, or insights may consume credits.
• Repeated access to the same profile within a defined time window may not deduct credits (as per system logic).
• Admin reserves the right to modify access rules at any time.

6. Payments

• All payments are processed manually or via approved gateways.
• LA Network does not store card or banking details.
• Refunds, if applicable, are at the sole discretion of the platform.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must NOT:

• Misuse or scrape platform data
• Create fake or duplicate accounts
• Misrepresent identity or affiliation
• Attempt to bypass credit or security systems
• Use the platform for unlawful or unethical purposes

Violation may lead to permanent suspension and legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, source code, and platform logic belong exclusively to LA Network.

No part of the platform may be copied, reused, or redistributed without written permission.

9. Service Availability

We strive for uninterrupted service but do not guarantee:

• Continuous uptime
• Error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices

Maintenance or upgrades may cause temporary downtime.

10. Termination

LA Network reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate any account
• Modify or discontinue services
• Update these Terms at any time

Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

LA Network shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Actions taken by users or third parties
